About TrenchPoint
In short
Excavation is arranged here and never carried out. TrenchPoint is operated by NXTA Flow, sets no prices and holds no contractor credential of its own, and what it publishes about lateral materials is drawn from the build era of the housing rather than from a survey of any particular street.
TrenchPoint publishes what is knowable about sewer laterals from public data, and connects homeowners with independent contractors who do the work.
What we are not
We are not a contractor. We do not excavate, line, burst or repair anything. We do not employ anyone who does. We do not set prices, we do not hold quotes, and we are not party to any agreement you reach with a contractor.
How we make money
Contractors in our network pay us when we route them a call. Homeowners are never charged, and nothing on this site costs you anything. That is the whole model, and it is worth stating plainly because it explains what we are and are not motivated to tell you: we are paid for connecting a call, not for the size of the job, so we have no reason to talk anyone into work they do not need.
Where the data comes from
Build years, occupied-home counts and household income come from the American Community Survey. Material history comes from public sources, cited on the page where it is used. Where a figure is missing for a town, we leave the sentence out rather than estimate it.

Get the run looked at
Tell us your ZIP code and what the drain is doing. We check it against partner coverage and put you through to an independent contractor who works that area. We do not do the work and you are never charged.
Before anybody excavates.A camera survey is a different instruction from a repair, and the order matters. Tell us what the drain is doing and we will route you to somebody who covers your area. No charge to you, ever. Anything else the plumbing is doing can be raised on that call too.
